Data and digitisation: a catalyst for growth
Out of thousands of submissions, Alpine has taken its place alongside organisations including The Alzheimer’s Society, Sony Music UK and the NHS.
Now in their 10th year, the awards recognise companies that foster a collaborative and community-driven work environment.
Alpine was commended for implementing several initiatives that have helped encourage a positive workplace, including environmental clean-up days where employees can contribute to a cause that benefits their local community.
Additionally, its trainee programme provides the opportunity for individuals to expand or learn new skills, as well as allowing trainees to explore different departments to ensure they find the right role.
This dedication to creating an inspiring workplace has supported Alpine’s growth plans by helping attract and retain top talent.
Last year, Alpine Fire was also listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.
The judges commented:
"Alpine demonstrates an outstanding commitment to employee wellbeing, leadership, development and a people-driven culture - an impressive, people-centric entry with a strong foundation for future growth and continued excellence.”
Claire Owens, CEO at Alpine, said:
“We are honoured to be recognised as one of the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK and Ireland. We take pride in prioritising our employees, and since 97% of our team would recommend Alpine as a great place to work, I believe we have successfully created an enjoyable and vibrant work environment.
“Achieving this award affirms that when you put people at the heart of your business, everyone is given the opportunity to thrive and succeed.”
