Channel 3 Consulting appoints executive partner

WestBridge portfolio company Channel 3 Consulting, a leading provider of digitally-enabled transformation services for the health and care sector, has appointed Paul Henderson as executive partner to help drive further growth. He will also be a member of the board.

Henderson has 33 years’ experience supporting the design and implementation of healthcare technology programmes that enable clients to transform the care and services they deliver for patients.

Having held leadership roles in global consultancies, digital start-ups, technology providers, and local and regional NHS organisations, his deep sector experience will enable him to drive the continued development of Channel 3’s service portfolio and expand it market reach. Throughout his career, his teams’ accomplishments have been recognised with awards for innovation and quality of delivery.

Based in Yorkshire, Henderson joins Channel 3 from EMIS, where he led work across the UK and Ireland using technology to help improve health and wellbeing. Prior to EMIS, he led KPMG UK’s data analytics business in its Infrastructure, Government, and Health division. In that role, he led analytics-enabled transformation programmes in care system redesign, place-based planning, new models of care, financial improvement, regulation and audit.

Prior to those roles, Henderson gained 20 years’ experience founding and growing analytics businesses with a strong focus on delivering actionable insight to the health and care sector.
