The conference provides a platform for attendees to share insights into changing consumer behaviours, with a particular focus on how customers discover, shop and buy, both online and in-store.
Away from the conference hall, Tryzens hosted an exclusive rooftop soirée featuring a candid fireside chat between Nichola Toner, Digital Director at JD Outdoor and Andy Burton, Executive Director at Tryzens. The discussion explored how JD Outdoor has transformed its digital commerce operations and modernised its omnichannel capabilities in partnership with Tryzens.

Back from Barcelona, the team has also been celebrating a number of successful project launches. Among them are Berry Bros. & Rudd, Britain’s oldest wine and spirits merchant, and River Island, one of the UK's longest running high street retailers, both of which partnered with Tryzens to support major digital transformation programmes.
While each project involved complex technology, large-scale integrations and significant data migration, they shared a common objective: delivering an enhanced customer experience.
Case studies on both projects can be found here.
