Since joining in 2019, Sinclair has played a key role in many of the firm’s notable transactions, including its most recent investment in Survey Solutions, where she will be responsible for delivering on the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
She plays a crucial role in the transformational growth witnessed at portfolio company APEM, which has seen the environmental consultancy make six strategic acquisitions in the past two years.
As a key member of the WestBridge investment team, Sinclair is involved with championing the firm’s value creation proposition, deal origination and execution. She also sits on the board of both APEM and Survey Solutions.
