The hotly-awaited shortlist for the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2025 has been published … and we’re thrilled that our partial exit from Eque2 has been shortlisted in the Lower Mid-Cap Deal of the Year (UK & ROI).
We partnered with Eque2 Ltd, a leading provider of ERP software exclusively to the construction industry, in 2020 and thoroughly enjoyed working closely with the senior leadership team.
Together, we successfully implemented the WestBridge Value Creation Model, which led to transformational change and growth within the business.
Having retained an interest in the business, we are excited to partner with Bowmark Capital to support the next phase of Eque2’s growth.
