Three Dealmakers nominations for WestBridge
These promotions follow a successful twelve months in which the firm completed seven transactions, including two new platform investments: the management buyouts of Survey Solutions, the UK’s largest engineering surveyors; and Tryzens Global, a full-service digital commerce agency serving global mid-market brands and technology innovators. Tryzens and APEM, WestBridge’s leading environmental consulting firm, competed a total of four bolt on acquisitions between them and the firm successfully exited its interest in Eque2 to a leading upper mid-market technology investor, retaining a stake in the new transaction.
Rebecca Sinclair, who joined the firm in 2019, has been promoted to investment director. Over the past four years she has played a key role in many transactions, including the investment in Survey Solutions in December and the buy and build activities at APEM. Sinclair sits on the board of Survey Solutions and APEM Group.
Luke Gilbert has been promoted to investment manager. Luke joined WestBridge in 2023 and supports the investment team with deal origination, deal execution and portfolio management. He joined WestBridge from US headquartered investment bank, Stephens. Luke is a key member of the Survey Solutions investment team, working closely with Rebecca, and supporting the business as it deploys the WestBridge value creation model.
