WestBridge wins Large Deal of the Year!
Our exit from environmental consultancy APEM Group was named Large Deal of the Year (£50m+).
During our tenure, revenues grew from £10m at investment to over £100m at exit, while EBITDA increased from £2m to £25m. All of which contributed to a successful sale to Applus+ Group for £337m, generating a healthy 11.5x multiple to investors.
The Rainmaker Awards are voted for by the corporate finance community so we were especially pleased to receive this peer-led recognition.
Mention must also go to Tom Dutton who was shortlisted in the hotly contested Rising Star category, while our Manchester team was also a finalist for Team of the Year.
